The Dragonball Fairy Tale

There once long ago there was a little boy named Goten. He had a friend named Trunks and an older brother named Gohan. One day, Goten and Trunks went to play in the woods. It was really early and the sun was just raising. They left a trail of bread crumbs so they wouldn't get lost. But a cabbit named Ryo-Ohki ate their bread crumbs when they weren't looking although she'd prefer carrots. Goten and Trunks saw a rabbit dressed in clothes carrying a watch, it ran around saying, "Oh my, I'm late!" Trunks and Goten decide followed the strange rabbit. The two boys found a pod of purple colored beans. "Let's plant the beans" suggested Trunks. Goten agreed and they did. As soon as the strange colored beans were buried, a tall, blue, bean sprout grew. "Woaaahhhh" mused Goten, "I bet Gohan never saw anything like that..." Trunks started to climb it. "What are you doing?" Goten asked. "I wanna see what's at the top!" answers Trunks as he shimmied up the plant. "Why don't we just fly..?" "..."

When they reached the top they found they could stand on the clouds. "Wow, I thought we could only do that on Nimbus!" says Goten surprised.. "Look at that, Goten." said an astonished Trunks. There was a little cottage in the clouds made of candy. The two eager boys ran towards it was stopped when they say the huge blue ox heading towards it. Trunks and Goten lay flat on the cloud and were unseen by the giant blue creature. The ox stared at the candy house and yelled, "Little Red Riding Hood, open the door!" A small, squeaky voice inside said, "Not by the hair on my grandmother's chin!" "Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow yer house in!" shouted the blue ox taking a breath.
"Lets stop 'im!" Trunks whispered to his friend. The boys rushed at the giant ox and blasted him with their energy blasts. The ox blew up and turned into little pieces of golden straw.

"Hey, we're rich!" Trunks said happily. "Yeah, let's go home!" shouted Goten grabbing fistfuls of straw. They boys filled their pockets with golden straw and headed down the bean plant. When they reached the ground they saw a funny old man. His hair was long and grey. His nose was long and ugly. The man said, "Hello, wee boys, why are you here? Can you not see that danger is near?" The boys looked around, what dangers were here that their fathers hadn't beat? "You're wrong, old man! There's nothing here! C'mon Goten let's go home, this guy's weird!" Trunks marched off, Goten trailing behind. When suddenly their gold vanished and was gone!

The old man laughed, showed a menacing grin, the boys knew he did the sin. "Where is our gold, you strange little man! Tell us now, or...or we'll color you with crayons!" Goten and Trunks shouted in vain, the little man laughed and it started to rain. "We have to go home, Trunks, our parents are worried. My mother will yell if I come home all dirtied!" "Wait, my boys, don't go yet! I have yer gold! Let's make a bet!" the little man told them if they guessed his name, he would give them their gold and end this strange game. Goten and Trunks guessed everything, from Bobby Joe to Uncle Moe! Then as the sun rose once more, the poor boy's throats were all very sore. The old man suddenly, started to change, his face twisted and pulled it was so strange. The man was the old witch, that silly old witch, with the crystal ball and invisible walls.

"Here is your gold, boys, run along home. It's really too bad you don't have cell phones!" The witch disappeared leaving the gold, and rubies and gems and silver behold! Goten and Trunks rushed home quickly, and now the rhyme part of the story is over! They went home, but only found disaster. A big red genie stood over where Trunks's home was. It held the small building up in one hand...Goten's home in the other. It laughed at them and said, "Wake up! Wake up! Goten! Wake up!"

Goten rubbed his eyes, his mother, Chi Chi was shaking him. Goten blinked. "Ok, ok, I'm up!" What a weird dream he thought. I could even remember the strange rhyming part as if someone had played a poem in his head! He looked around his room...and spotted a piece of straw. He picked it up and looked at it. It sparkled in the sunlight that poured in his window. It was gold.
